2. Learn a simple framework to shift negative views of growing older. 

3. Discover easy and practical tools for approaching aging with curiosity and confidence.

Hi there! I’m Dr. Theresa B. Skaar, but you can call me Dr. T.

I’m passionate about mindfulness and how it can enrich our lives as we age. With a Ph.D. in Social Psychology, I specialize in weaving mindfulness practices into everyday life to help individuals and organizations boost their well-being and productivity.

I’m certified in Mind-Body Medicine and trained to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.

My approach is dynamic and engaging — I love sharing practical insights that spark curiosity, ease, and joy in various settings, including corporate environments, healthcare, and academia.

As a professional speaker, author, and coach, I’m dedicated to making mindfulness accessible and transformative for everyone. Let’s embark on this journey together toward a more fulfilling life!
